This contractor said he could do tile floors -- after he got part way through, it was very obvious he had not done this beforeIt all had to be torn upI gave him one more chance to do it right, which again he couldn't doHe agreed to reimburse me for the labor (I paid him upfront) but has notHe also took many of my tiles to his house without my permission and has not returned themDespite four attempts to have him come clean up the huge mess in my yard, to return tiles, give us our money back, and get his tools, he never came (even though each time he said he would be there)I ended up filing a report for theft of the tiles, and the contractor was arrestedI have also filed suit to get reimbursed for the labor and all of the materials that he wasted (and the damage done to my property)This man, if/when he is out of jail, should not be allowed to own a business! I don't want this to happen to anyone else
