On Saturday we noted raw sewer back up into our utility room, On Sunday January 7th, I called a total of plumbersI was given quotes from $to $1,to do a sewer rodding which I have never paid those prices before even on a holiday When I called Alan [redacted] , the person told me it would be $and that they couldn't possibly charge me the emergency rates that others had quoted because so many people were calling and they could not take advantage of people during a time like this WOW! This is old school and so appreciated A honest plumbing businessKudos to you and your company for this Also the gentlemen that came out were wonderful, courtious, and very professional I plan to do more work with them and I am hoping that the expereince is consistantI have already given their number out to several others who just couldn't believe how great this is and said they could use a good, honest plumberThank you

I was given quotes from $750.00 to $1,000.00 to do a sewer rodding which I have never paid those prices before even on a holiday. When I called Alan [redacted], the person told me it would be $275.00 and that they couldn't possibly charge me the emergency rates that others had quoted because so many people were calling and they could not take advantage of people during a time like this. WOW! This is old school and so appreciated. A honest plumbing business. Kudos to you and your company for this. Also the 2 gentlemen that came out were wonderful, courtious, and very professional. I plan to do more work with them and I am hoping that the expereince is consistant. I have already given their number out to several others who just couldn't believe how great this is and said they could use a good, honest plumber. Thank you
