We had a 9,ooodollar roof put on the house on 03/13/by Allen Townsend rooferSoon after the roof was put in we notice water stains on the kitchen ceiling that we never had beforeWe called Mr*** to report the problemHe stopped by and tried to fix the leak a few times but his repairs where ineffective and the problem became worseOn August the 18th it was raining,first water was dripping from the ceiling on the kitchen floor as the rain became stronger a steady stream of water was running down the kitchen wallThis same day I called Mr*** *** on his phone and he said he would stop by Friday on August the 19th between morning and lunch time but he never showed up or even called us to reschedule the appointmentI sent him a text message one week later on August the 26th and he did not respond
