For the week of 2/22/-02/27/we are running a used car event and the invitation is a scratch off mailer. The mailer when you scratch off has a matching number. When they match it then allows you to win one of the stated items clearly marked on the mailer. There are possible
items that you can win and the odds and the disclaimer are clearly marked on the mail piece. The disclaimer is on the front of the mail piece directly in the bottom middle of the page. On the odds on the $it states that it is 1:40,odds of winning. Thanks, *** ***General ManagerAuto World of BSG

After a review of Mr [redacted]'s complaint we reviewed all of our interactions with him concerning his service complaints and realized that he has never been in a service department anywhere to address his concerns. We then called his number on two occasions and ended up leaving him voice mails on...

both occasions. We will be more than happy to discuss any issues he might have if he will make an appointment. His second complaint cannot be addressed since he is not the person on the loan. I can tell you that we had to redo a contract because he could not meet the banks stipulations.

We had a used car event at [redacted] Va. on exit 7 starting 07/12 the customer came in on the 11th while wewas setting up for the sale. We took down her information on the 12th after she test drove the car and thenshe left. -She came back on the 13th and based on what we had in the car, and based on...

there credit, and thewhat the banks was willing to do for the customer, we was unable to come to a agreement on numbers. Wewas able to get to her payment, but it was on 72 months not 60 months. The customer was unwilling to go theextra term for the payment she requested. We could do the term she wanted, but the payment was higher thanshe wanted so she decided to not purchase the car. We was willing to work with the customer, but she wasunwilling to budge on any of her terms of purchase so we could not come to a agreement.The offer on her trade in is a either or issue that is stated on the flyer of the ad. The customer can either geta discount on the purchase of the vehicle they are looking at or a minimum amount for there trade in but notboth. The disclaimer is clearly marked on the flyer on the ad that you can not combine offers.Thanks,Auto World of BSG

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was never in the service department but I contacted them by phone twice and they told me that without any lights on even with the vehicle shutting off that they would be unable to do or fix anything. As of the loan, when I drove off the lot I wasn't contacted until a week to two weeks of me having the vehicle that a deal couldn't be made causing me to suffer great financial stress due to insurance costs and fear of losing my vehicle. The loan was then reworked and agreed to by my grandmother in which nothing was agreed to outside of the payment amount, loan interest rate, additional insurances, and loan duration.

A representative of the business was asked 3 times over the phone about winning the $500.00. She I was told that I had won $500.00 cash with no purchase needed. I would not have wasted my gas money and over an hour of my time if I had been told the truth on the phone.

Once again, everything was clearly marked on the mailer.  The mailer has all details on the form.  It clearly states the odds and what you could win. I am sorry if you do not take time to look at the form.  It's not fake advertising it is called advertising.  We gave away a lot of prizes, and money, and a lot of people had a great experience, and had a lot of enjoyment.  We had almost nine hundred people at the event and this is the only complaint we had.  One complaint is to many.  That is why we spend so much time with the artwork and the wording of the mailer so we do not have any issues with the mail piece.  Thanks, [redacted]General ManagerAuto World of BSG
