Upon reviewing the file it appears that both the frame and alignment were within spec at the time of completion The customer had brought the vehicle in for the front tire wear which appeared to be from a lack of tire rotation The impact and repairs were all performed on the back of the vehicle and the frame specs show no sign of a diamond or shift in the frame that would account for issues to the front suspension or tire wear I have attached the copies of the alignment specs and frame specs from the time of repairJustin H***Body Shop ManagerAlan Webb Collision CenterNE Auto Mall DR.Vancouver, WA

The vehicle in question was purchased as an “as is” vehicleHowever it was agreed on that the breaks would be inspected as part of the car deal, it was also agreed that the dealer would fix the AC and check the starterWe did all of the promised work on the vehicleI have provided documentation
of the work promised during the car deal and the work done after the complaint as well as the Used Vehicle Inspection from the car’s initial inspection reportFinally, I have included the “We Owe” which is the documentation stating work promised or owed the customerI also spoke to the service advisor that did the work after the complaint and he stated that it appeared that someone possibly had hauled a trailer without a trailer brake or rode down steep hills on the brakes, the brakes were totally seized and grinded down quite badlyAs we have plenty of documentation showing the work done on the vehicle, before and after his complaint, if the customer would like a third party inspection he is welcomed to do so on his own accord and he may send us the report. I am rejecting this response because:
The point of my complaint is that the frame is still bent. I know you say it is not, but it is.. Another shop put it up on rack and could see it to the naked eye. Also the tailgate doesn't shut right, sometimes not at all. The frame is not straight and I want you to take it back and fix it.
