Review: I purchased my house from which [redacted] built which is owned and operated by [redacted]. [redacted] or [redacted] landscaping also provided the landscaping to the home. I was told by the two partners: [redacted] and [redacted] that the 35 feet of my side yard cement landscape curbing would be completed upon the completion of the neighboring house. They would complete the cement landscape curbing after the neighboring house was constructed due to tractors and contractors possibly damaging the curbing during construction of the house. I had verbally agreed on separate occasions with the [redacted] and [redacted] that this was okay. The two partners shortly after our agreement had a falling out, went to court, and settled. [redacted] was relieved of all financial duties that [redacted] may incur or has incurred in which [redacted] Landscaping operates under. [redacted] construction built the neighboring house after their settlement, but by their settlement is not obligated to any financial burdens of prior [redacted] buildings or landscaping. The neighboring house has been completed for 4 years and I still do not have my cement curbing in which I was told would be completed after the neighboring house was complete. I have lived in my house for 6 years and after numerous Hang-ups and no returned phone calls from [redacted] Landscaping I see no resolution to the completion of job he started. If I do get in touch with [redacted] he is utterly disrespectful and immediately tells me it his not his problem at this point. He says it is [redacted]s problem, but due to their settlement [redacted] is no longer obligated to any financial aspects under which [redacted] or [redacted] landscaping operated under. [redacted] is very unprofessional, disrespectful and unethical.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] Landscaping to come and complete the 35 feet of cement curbing they had promised after the neighboring house was complete.
