This company subs out delivery of their productsI wasted an entire day waiting on a delivery, when I called Alanson I was told the delivery was still coming when in fact it was not

This customer's installation was attempted, as customer did state he was ready to accept installation when the scheduler at the factory contacted him However, when the crew arrived on site, the installation site was not ready to have the installation completed. The crew did elect to
leave the materials behind, as they hoped the customer's site would be ready soon, so they could return and complete his installation. The factory has made several attempts to return and complete the installation since this date; however, the customer has been very difficult to reach, which has made the scheduling impossible thus far. Our company has even aided in the attempts to reach the customer, on behalf of the factory, with multiple emails and phone calls made to the customer, from multiple staff members with our company The customer did return our calls last week, approximately (1) week after our last attempt to schedule him, but the factory was closing (and is currently closed) for the next two weeks for the holidays. This means the next time they could possibly attempt his installation again would be in January unfortunately, something the factory was hoping to avoid, but wasn't possible when the customer was unreachable.To help this customer resolve his problem, we attempted to reach the customer by phone three times today, but there was no answer any of those timesThree voice messages have been left for the customer today, explaining that we would be willing to refund his deposit in full, the only funds we received on his purchase I also advised in the voice message that the customer can either have the materials picked up and cancel his order, or can choose to wait for the factory to return to install the materials. Either way, he can still have refund on the deposit to help rectify the situation.At this time, we are presently awaiting a call back from the customer so we know how he would like to proceed; either to cancel the order and refund the deposit, or do not cancel the order, but still refund the deposit

I ordered a rv carport for our camper on 10-5- The website said it would be installed in to weeks and somebody would contact me to schedule a date within weeks I never once received a phone call from this company I called at the end of October and was told they was running behind and would be called in a couple of weeksThat never happened I called the third week of November and was told that I would be called the week after Thanksgiving Never happened I never ever received a phone call from this company I cancelled my order on 1-5-three months never once a phone call This company has no refund 15% down payment after days Far as I am concerned they stole my $dollars When I called the lady was very polite never asked why I was cancelling or anything This must be very common for this company for people to cancel after waiting indefinitely I would advise anybody to not order from this company TERRIBLE SERVICEACTUALLY NO SERVICE

I became a little disappointed and concerned, when dealing with Alan's Factory OutletAfter reviewing several "negative" testimonials about a company "C*** C***," I selected Alan's to do business with based on its reviewsWhen I was provided with the contract and after providing my electronic signature, I printed out the contract and to my dismay, realized I had signed a contract with the company C***a C***I called Alan's and was told, "that was their contractor." I further was told that their affiliation with C*** C***, "was on their (Alan's) web site." I went back to Alan's web site and thoroughly (in my opinion) searched it and found nothing mentioning C*** I feel that this is "deceptive advertising," and was done so, due to the negative reviews of C*** C***I only hope that purchasing the product that I did, doesn't become an issue like the ones posted about C***C***

I have not got my carport I ordered months ago, they never showed up when they said and when they called to reschedule the install they never showed again and the next day they sent some contractor to my house and never called me I was not home and the kid they sent calls me and tells me he has the wrong size carport with him so I told him to leave my property cause I was not able to be there, and then the alans company tells me that I have to wait again to have the carport sent due to weather , It was there fault that the building didn't get here on time and now I am out for the depositThis is not right and I think they owe me my deposit back for there screw ups!

I emailed the customer and explained that his credit card was not processed as we only process the credit card after the customer gets a chance to review and approve and sign the order and since he did not sign the order the credit card was not processed and will not be
processed since the customer does not want to wait the current approximate delivery time of to weeks in IA IA is a state that is on the outer edge of our delivery area and we only deliver to the southern portion of the state so that is why it is the state with the longest delivery time frame We try to be transparent and put the delivery times out there See below for more details copied directly from the website about delivery times for each state All of the delivery times are posted on the website for each state For example on this page and on several other pages we have the delivery times listed: http://store.alansfactoryoutlet.com/metal-carports-s/1817.htm

I purchased a metal garage from Alan's not only was the price in my range so was the service they were spot on .The assembly crew arrived at am and after clean it was .the quality is ;I could not buy materials and build it myself If I had to do it over again I would deal Alan's again no question

Ms*** and I have been in direct communication since her order was placed, and subsequently received. I have been working with her
to obtain her certified labels for her garage doors, which the manufacturer of the door had forgotten to place before the door was given to the factory that produced her structure, and subsequently installed. Although I was able to confirm via photographs, that Ms*** did receive the certified garage doors required in her county to meet building code requirements, unfortunately, we were having a difficult time retrieving the label from the manufacturer of the door, a separate entity from ourselves (Alan's Factory Outlet), and also separate from the factory (*** ***'s Inc.)
I was able to successfully retrieve the label for MsSander's garage door and supporting documentation to verify the door was in fact the certified door she paid for. This information was provided to Ms*** immediately after I received it from the door manufacturer and factory today. Although, I have not received any feedback from Ms*** since forwarding her the information she had been seeking, I do believe we have reached an acceptable resolution to this matter and Ms*** should be satisfied with the outcome

The customer service is awful They cancelled and rescheduled the delivery and installation of my carport five time within seven daysI called twice and asked to have someone contact me to resolve this issue and they never did More excusesNow they said it would be two to three weeks longer because they had to wait to fill another truckI finally insisted on cancelling my order and getting my refund back They did end up crediting me back my depositVery disappointed

Customer has cancelled his order, and requested a full refund on on 12/19/15. On the same day, this request was processed and the refund was processed. *** ***, a separate entity, who left the materials on site, was contacted the same day as well, and notified that they needed to pick up their materials. When we received this complaint today, we again notified *** ***, that the materials needed to be picked up as soon as possibleUnfortunately, because our company did not drop of the materials in an attempt to install *** ***'s unit, we are also unable to pithose materials for him; but have multiple attempts to request the company that did drop off the materials, pick them back up. The most recent attempt was this morning @ 8:35am, by way of a phone call to *** & *** @ at *** ***, Inc
