The customer is absolutely correct, we had very hard time making arrangements for one of our technicians to be at their home only at the times that worked for themOur office opted to let them out of the contract, at that time they were sent a
bill for the remainder of the contract which they should not have been since they didn't ask to be let out it was Ortex decision to do soWe have apologized to them for the clerical error and credited their accountIt was a misunderstanding and sorry they felt the need to contact the Revdex.com instead of calling the office and asking for a Manager
