This complaint was received in our Pennsylvania office since it relates to the Mantis brand which is made in PA This customer received an extra aerator attachment and wanted to return it and get a refund She received her refund on April 29,
I am writing to update you with respect to the above complaint regarding [redacted] lawn mower, model [redacted] I have discussed the issues with both ***, his wife ***, and the retail dealership that sold him the machine Upon investigation of the claims and conversations with [redacted] and the dealership, we have agreed upon a corrective course of action that should result in satisfaction for the customer The dealership will pick up the unit, completely replace the hydraulic system of the machine with new components, insure proper functioning of the system, and deliver the machine back to *** [redacted] Grounds Care will take care of these costs I have also sent typical components that wear seasonally for our products, and that are not covered under warranty, directly to [redacted] for his use in the future If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the number below Thank you for your assistance Regards, [redacted] Product Manager
