I am rejecting this response because:  The company response indicates they were not given an opportunity to resolve the problem.  The company was given an ample opportunity to resolve the issue.  They sent a senior technician to my house and he was completely dumbfounded about how to solve the problem.  He admittedly failed to follow the irrigation lines that would have led to the discovery of the malfunctioning valves.  Another irrigation repair company sent a 30 year old technician and he was able to quickly identify and resolve the problem.  I do not feel that I should have to pay labor charges for their gross incompetence while troubleshooting the problem.  This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company that refuses to admit and acknowledge shoddy work.  I believe my request for reimbursement was very reasonable
