Alante At The Islands

Lived here for six months. This place is a joke and we have another six months until our lease is up. I hate it here. The pool pump screams for ten days before it gives out, the dumpsters overflow with trash and furniture. The walk through list we submitted before move in has never been taken care of. They charge over $150 a month in late fees and we have had to pay them every month because on move in day they required an extra $550 deposit we weren't expecting and it has taken us until December to catch up enough to be able to pay rent on time. To top it off, the paint crew they hired has created a disaster of our patio and they have the nerve to post a notice on our front door blaming us. The fire sprinklers have been covered over with tape for four days now and our patio door and windows have been taped over with plastic for four days. So nice to have holiday visitors thinking we live in a dump. Save yourself, DO NOT MOVE HERE
