Alara River Oaks

This is absolutely the worst place to live in Franklin, TN! We moved in four years ago and have had nothing but problems and lies! We were promised so many features when we signed our lease, like shelving in the closets and installation of a ceiling fan in the second bedroom After we moved in, we were told we'd have to purchase the shelving and ceiling fan ourselves and maintenance would install them They continue to raise the rent each year so they can remodel their office, but cannot afford to replace faulty appliances We have endured numerous leaks in the bedrooms and bathrooms and even had to move furniture out of one bedroom due to a recent flood caused by their poor drainage and excessive mulch covering the foundation They were notified of the leak and it took days to get anythng done
