In regards to a complaint filed against Northern Arizona Radiology (NAR) for the below consumer: *** ***

$have been cancelled at NAR’s collection agency HCI. Neither account was submitted to the credit reporting bureaus. HCI will be mailing a letter advising the consumer of this. As a follto the consumers concern over NAR not collecting co-pays at the time of service - NAR is working towards setting up processes to be able to collect co-pays during the time of service. We hope to have that implemented in early 2017. We sincerely apologize for the billing issues that the consumer experienced. A formal apology letter has been mailed to the consumer as well. Thanks!
