Alaris Homes is in receipt of the complaint from Ms. [redacted] on January 12, 2016. Alaris Homes takes great pride is building homes and customer service. In reviewing the customer service logs and the complaint...
from Ms. [redacted], it appears that Ms. [redacted] was sending emails to a person that has not been with Alaris Homes for months. With no follow up telephone calls from Ms. [redacted], no one was receiving the noted items of concern. We have spoken to the Alaris Homes Construction Manager and someone from our office should be contacting Ms. [redacted] this week to schedule a time to meet and review the issues.
Alaris Homes apologizes for the miscommunication and hopefully will have the items reviewed and a solution proposed soon.
