Review: This is an Alarm Service which we discontinued in February 2014. I called them at that time to stop the service and also sent several emails and finally a

letter telling them to stop billing me since we no longer used their service. They have ignored my request and keep billing me each month since. I have not paid them since the service was disconnected. However, they continue to bill me with no explanation as to why.

This is a very bad business practice and if not stopped may well go on my credit record.Desired Settlement: stop billing me and do not report me to credit agencies.

Review: We returned a security screen because the contact was placed on the wrong side. Due to delays in our customer's remodel, we did not come back to pick up the screen for four months. We were not contacted in that time frame to come pick up the screen. When we finally went in to pick up the screen two months ago, the Alarm Center could not locate the screen. Every time that they ask us to give them time to locate it, we grant them the time and they fail to follow up with calling us with an update forcing us to have to call them. We asked the manager to call us back when we call for an update and he refuses to return our call forcing me to physically go into their place of business to have a conversation about this situation. The manager was very rude, and did not treat us like a customer. We asked to have the owner of the business call us to address this poor handling of the situation and poor customer service, and to date have not received contact.Desired Settlement: Screen should be replaced at no charge and the owner of the business should contact us to explain the rude behavior of their manager, and inability to return phone calls.
