On Friday we received this complaint from your office Our response is that the the described action of Alarm Connection claimed to be endorsed by Oak Hill Estates did not occurAt no time, and to no one has Alarm Connection ever claimed this endorsementI reached out to *** [redacted] and he stated that he had heard it second hand from a neighbor that was cancelling their agreement with our companyWe contacted said customer and this customer said he made no such statement and was happy with the entire sales process, just disappointed with his installationAlarm Connection LLC does not recognize any endorsement from Oak Hill Estates and considers this matter closedBill Niemann

On Friday 7.22.16 we received this complaint from your office. Our response is that the the described action of Alarm Connection claimed to be endorsed by Oak Hill Estates did not occur. At no time, and to no one has Alarm Connection ever claimed this endorsement. I reached out to [redacted]...
