We don't have a contract with this company, yet they sent a "Final Notice" letter The letter says if they don't hear from us within days from the date of this notice, they will forward our account to their legal department for legal proceedings The letter was dated on 3/6/and we didn't receive it until 3/10/

I am 84, and I live aloneI use my system everyday and every night ADI is a blessingWhen something happens, they are right there Their staffs and representatives are very nice and very knowledgeable I had many alarm companies in the past but ADI is the best I would recommend this company to all

Company salesperson misled up in believing that they were personally involved in setting up our original
alarm system and was now independent
The main issue is the service is very poor, no concern in providing the coverage payed forThis company was formally Teamtronics which also had terrible service and changed namesIn servicing the system later, installing a wireless module and an extra outside alarm, all of which my purchased by myselfThey then charged me with a new installation and new contact for five years
In talking with customer service, they do not provide any help unless you seek upgrades with expense

This is a scam,they came to my house when I wasn't home and changed the signs and stickers and told my girlfriend they were just here to update alarm
