Unknowingly signed up for yr contract while still under contract [redacted] from ADI showed up to assist with changing my pass [redacted] and informed me my system was bad and needed to be replacedI thought he was with my original company and agreed to replace the equipmentI had no idea I was signing a 5yr contract with a different companyI am now still under contract with the original company My daughter,my son and I have tried calling AFI corporate offices many times and management will not return our calls

Alarm Direct needs to remove the monitoring equipment installed and the cancel the contract per the written request of the homeowner On Feb 5th 2018, a representative (Tommy [redacted] ) for the company Alarm Direct, Inc (ADI) came to the door and asked to check the house alarm system for the insurance company, misrepresenting his purpose for his visit and under pretensesThe homeowner allowed the representative entry in to the home, believing he was with her current monitoring serviceThe owner of the home is a senior who has been diagnosed with memory issuesThe representative made note of the age of the system and stated that it was in faulted stateHe presented an upgrade of the system with monitoring to the homeowner who is still under the impression that this is her current providerShe signed the contract for the installation and service, and the system was installed on the 5thNo contract was left with the homeowner nor was one emailed, though the contract said one wou

I am 84, and I live aloneI use my system everyday and every night ADI is a blessingWhen something happens, they are right there Their staffs and representatives are very nice and very knowledgeable I had many alarm companies in the past but ADI is the best I would recommend this company to all
