Mr. [redacted] had a cell installed to his existing alarm system. AFS did not have Mr. [redacted] sign a new contract therefore...
the terms on his original contract which renewed annually were still in effect. Mr. [redacted] was under the impression that his original contract was obsolete after he had his cell installed and thought his terms would now be "month to month." Due to this confusion AFS is removing the $75 balance on Mr. [redacted]'s account.
On 10/1/15 AFS spoke with Mr. [redacted] and informed him that he no longer has a balance.
