I explained that she signed an agreement in 2015 and she was in her initial term of 36 months so this is the balance owed. She said she didn't agree with it because the...

account was cancelled. I let her know that it is up to her if she wants to cancel however the balance needs to be fulfilled. She got frustrated with me and eventually hung up.
