These guys are awesome! I started out looking for information on Keypads for my ADT system. No matter what info I needed, it Google kept taking me back to Alarm Grid. Videos, manuals, no matter what, back to Alarm Grid. I called a few times for info and everyone was way over the top helpful and friendly even though I was not even paying them anything. They are a Do it yourself DIY company. I learned a lot about my alarm system and upgraded it, changed radio, changed keypads, installed tilt sensor for the garage door and these guys helped me every step of the way. Awesome company. Started out with ADT and ended up with Alarm Grid. Now I have the most up to date NON PROPRIATARY modern nice looking equipment that can be used with any company and it is half the cost. I loose those proprietary crappy cameras that do not look good, have low resolutions, and can't record, but I'll be getting 3 megapixel cameras all around the house with a NVR network video recorder so I can record everything and I only pay once instead of the extra 30-35 per month for the crappy cameras that as I said look like crap. Can't say enough positive about these guys.
