I am in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] on January 30, I have reviewed the circumstances surrounding this complaint and have the following information We do not find where our client called in November 2014, however there are notes where he contacted us on December 19, advising he had cancelled their phone line and wanted to hook up the alarm through his cell phone He was given the option of purchasing a radio backup unit to use in place of the phone line which he declined Mr [redacted] advised us at that time he wished to cancel and would send a letter On January 30, Mr [redacted] contacted our office advising he had sent an email to [redacted] requesting cancellation We do not have an email address for [redacted] at our company Mr [redacted] was advised of the cancelation policy by our clerical department (Paragraph #of our Central Office Monitoring Service Contract states TERM OF AGREEMENT, RENEWAL; The term of this agreement shall be for a period of three (3) years and shall self-renew for successive periods of one year thereafter under the same terms and conditions, unless either party gives written notice to the other by certified mail, return receipt requested, of their intention not to renew the contract at least days prior to the expiration of any term.......)Mr [redacted] signed the agreement on November 08, 2010, and as of the date of this writing we have not received a cancellation request from our client This is not to say we would not make concessions for our clients Thank you [redacted] ***?
