This is a lie from Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] is a very shady businessman and rips people off regularly, and now he is trying to do the same to meBefore we even did business together, I had two different people warn me about how unethical in business he isBut I overlooked that, gave him the benefit of the doubt, and went forward with our business transactionI shouldn't haveI should have told him to go elsewhereThe claim that Mr [redacted] has made is completely falseDealing with this shady businessman has been a nightmare from day oneMr [redacted] has attempted to get me to do TONS of work for him, FOR FREE, that is not my responsibilityTo top that off, BEFORE this video surveillance sale was made, he stated that he was going to ALSO purchase a monitored security system JUST SO THAT I WOULD GIVE HIM THE DISCOUNT ON THE VIDEOBut he lied and renegedIf this is how he sells his equipment at his own business, I can see why so many people have told me about how unethical he is once I mentioned what he's tried to do to meBECAUSE he lied and reneged, Mr [redacted] got THIS video surveillance system $less that he was supposed to, proving that what the people who have already dealt with him BEFOREHAND were telling me, was the truthFrom day one, I told Mr [redacted] that he had to have high-speed internet on location in order to have remote access to his video surveillance system--BEFORE HE THE SALE WAS EVEN MADEOf course, because he practices lying on a regular basis, he wasn't sure, but he still said that he had itEither way, his internet problem is NOT my responsibility, as I tell ALL CUSTOMERS that remote access has nothing to do with us, but THEIR ISPThis was clear from the time I arrived for the initial estimateHowever, Mr [redacted] did not like that answer AFTER we installed his video surveillance system and he tried to become aggressive yet again, attempting to get my company to do the networking--WE ARE NOT A NETWORKING COMPANY, and Mr [redacted] didn't want to pay someone to take care of his networking problemBut because he is such a shady businessman, he tried to force my employees to do work that he needs to take care of himselfIt's disgusting and bad businessThat's not going to work for usWe don't play those games even IF Mr [redacted] is used to getting his way with other companies by being so unethicalFurther, once Mr [redacted] 's job was complete, he yet again, tried to use his aggressive, unethical business practices to get us to do even MORE work that is NOT our responsibilityI have records of each time we were out, which was usually the same day to take care of him (if not the next day) and what the result was each time we were out thereWe've not ignored Mr [redacted] ONCE, and have taken care of EVERY issue that is our responsibilityAgain, we've addressed everything that was part of OUR jobMy suggestion: START PAYING PEOPLE TO DO WORK, and STOP trying to get companies to do jobs that are not theirsIf Mr [redacted] needs any help with the system he has, we are there for himWe are more than happy to take care of any issues, BUT we will NOT be doing additional work THAT IS NOT our responsibilityHe needs to hire people, or get the equipment he needs for the job to be doneIt's a shame I even did business with this man, but you live and you learnIf he needs help, he can call my store any time at 756-9191, and we will help himBut if he calls in being verbally abusive again, he can expect to be hung up on againWe show respect to people here at Alarm Security, so we expect respect

Hello,This message is to notify you that the original contract, which was signed by both Mrand Mrs [redacted] on 2-18-15, was a month contractIt is attached to this responseMr [redacted] was notified that the security system was monitored off of his home phone line and in order for it to stay monitored, he would need to keep his home phone line onHe did notWhen he called us, we told him that he would have to purchase a cellular device and that the cellular service would be $more per monthHe proceeded to curse us out, then hung up on usWe called him back and he would not answerHe then refused to pay for his monthly service, which he was still under contract for, and we told him that he was still liable for thatWe told him we would give him a discount on the cellular device, but he once again cursed us outMr [redacted] believes that if he curses people out, that he'll get his way, and that's not how life worksHe is throwing a fit over a simple issue that can be resolved cordially if he wants it to beThe second time he cursed us out, and hung up on us, we called back again and he did not answerThen we called again on 4-15-16, 4-19-16, and 4-21-We left messages each time and he would not return the callWe then sent him a letter of his final notice on 4-22-warning him that his service contract was going to be sent to collectionsFinally on 5-17-we sent it to collections for non-paymentMr [redacted] has a lot of our security system equipment in his home that is not paid for, and was supposed to be paid off as his service was paid offBut he has defaulted, and now he owes us
