We take pride in providing personalized service until customers are satisfiedThis customer always received support when needed and we went above and beyond to resolve any issuesAlarm Zero never claimed the Alarm System controlled, VCRs, HVAC or any other appliancesAlarm Zero is very user friendly, but sometimes a customer will struggle with the technologyBecause Alarm Zero has no monitoring contracts, this customer was free to ship back the system at any time without paying a fee The customer was informed there was no hard date for camera availability and the camera was shipped as early as possible Alarm Zero uses a duel redundant, five diamond rated monitoring station that meets or exceeds all industry standardsCustomers are encouraged to test their system often to ensure its working and that they receive a prompt call from the monitoring centerWe have apologized to this customer and waived several service feesWe will continue to be the best option for home security and will always allow customers to get an great alarm without fear of being locked into a contract

Xtreme Home Improvements response to ID [redacted] [redacted] has absolutely no idea what hes talking aboutIf someone walking on a roof breaks the support holding it up, obviously the roof would have been considered junk, so to go with this, [redacted] had a new roof but on by a different company prior to us siding her homeShe had gotten pricing from them and another competitor and was priced double over what we priced her, the price was also soffitt, fascia and blown in insulation on a rather large two story home and "these guys" did a great job, as [redacted] makes it appear the price was only sidingI know that may sound petty but its very frustrating that someone will go as far as filing a complaint to try and get us to fix something that they dang well know we didn't do, [redacted] was very pleased with usIn response to his complaint, He called in one time and was spoke to in April of this yearThe purchase date is correct 2/19/2015, they talked to company 3/19/is incorrect, her installation date was set for 4/10/2015, her completion date was 4/16/at which time she signed a completion certificate and gave us an outstanding review, obviously the roof joust on her front porch sagging, would be noticeableIn the middle of May we put vinyl siding on her boyfriends home in her reference [redacted] contacted us the first week of November 2015, stated that her roof was leaking over the front porch and could not get the company that did her roof to respond and a friend of hers suggested that since we were the last ones up there we could have done somethingWe went to her house on November 6th and took pictures and showed her where a nail was blown through shingles, showing bare wood and that it was done by the rooferHer ceiling in her front porch was falling down right by her front door, we put a brace on it best we could with material we had on us [redacted] signed a completion certificate for a service request that states the issue was none related to our work, which she agreed to after seeing picturesShe did ask if we would come out in May or June of this year and redo her front porch if she could afford it, we told her we would get some pricing and get back to herWhen we contacted in April like we said we would, the person answering the phone said, sorry to inform us she was on hospice and had a short timeAfter with just going through that with a family member of my own in June last year there's no way we would consider doing a purchase agreement with [redacted] ***I spent four hours in her home and I'm the one that sold her, her project, Terry [redacted] name is involved by a business card that was given to herShe had Harold Hundley's information because he was the service tech that went out in November, misguided information given because of not knowing whats going onWe would like this complaint removed from our recordJim KXtreme Home Improvements

We will continue to be the best option for home security and will always allow customers to get an great alarm without fear of being locked into a contract.
