Ms *** makes four negative assertions about our company that are absolutely NOT trueFirst she states that the system never workedThe system has ALWAYS workedAll systems installed are tested as part of the installation process required by the monitoring serviceThis install was no
exception.Second, she claims that the system was never fixedThe system was installed on October After Ms*** claimed that someone had entered her home, her system was serviced on November 11, and found to be in perfect working conditionAfter that service, she claimed that someone was still entering her home without tripping the alarm, and she was serviced again on December 1, and again system was found to be working perfectlyAfter that service, she still claimed that someone was entering her home without tripping the alarm, and she was serviced again on January 17, and again system was found to be working perfectlyThird, she claims that she is being ignoredI hardly find three services in three months being ignoredLast, she claims that she is paying for a service not being renderedShe has had a perfectly functioning and monitored security system since the day it was installedMs*** has shared that she believes that someone may be disabling her phone line, and then her security system as an explanation of how her home is being entered without tripping the alarmWhile we have found no evidence of this happening, and do not believe that it is happening, we offered to add a cellular module to her system that would make such an act physically impossibleAfter three service calls that found the system working as designed in every instance, we are confident that there is an alternate explanation to her belief that someone is entering her home, or if anyone did enter her home, the system was not armed

This woman has already submitted an unfounded complaint to the Revdex.com, which has been responded toI am not sure why Revdex.com allows the public to submit more than one complaintOnce again, she has made statements about what she was toldAlarmhas serviced her system three times since installationIn every instance, the system installed was found to be working perfectlyHer system continues to be under warranty for parts and labor for as long as she continues her monitoring service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The Alarm did not sound when I returned to my home...not once in the 2 weeks I was out of town. Others entered my home, stole all my important paperwork, social security information, bank statements and information, account numbers, credit card company cards, etc. every single piece of information which was locked in a safe. The safe was locked in a closet. This procedure continues to date. Often times I have called Central Communication only to be told they didn't receive alarms, that the Alarm2000 was checked every week to be certain it worked. While I was gone, someone spend time living in my house...no alarms were sounded. I called Central Security to cancel service due to the above. I was told I was still within the 90 day warranty and to call The Alarm Company. The Alarm company kept me on their dole until they were no longer responsible....just kept me hanging without adequate service, then saying 'to bad for you!' Do you think this is a reputable company worthy of your classification as A+??? NO. I am further dismayed that they get their rating from you under umbrella companies. I check Revdex.com for any business' practices. I am a widow and this has assured me I could trust your grade system. Alarm2000 should be fined and re-evaluated to keep your approval rating. Yes the company owes me all the losses I have sustained due to their faulty equipment. Shameful...I tried to work with them too many times. They owe me 6 months x $30 mo.Refund 6 months X $30 mo. X items stolen. It is an extensive list. Revdex.com needs to change their good standing of this company accordingly.
