Charged me for service years ago and have never provided service until this dayThey are now calling me for more money I called this company about service for my home alarm system that is already in placeI gave them all the information they needed and my credit card numbermonths had gone by and they never got my alarm system hooked up so that meant my home was not being monitored by this company but I got charged for years of serviceSo I called GEOARM to inform them that my alarm was not being monitored by their companyThey were very rude and said it was my fault and that alarm wasnt up and runningThey would not give me a refund after me letting them know that they were not providing service in homeSo I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge that wayHere is is years later and they are calling me because my credit card is about to expire and they wanted an updated oneSo I kindly called them and informed them that they had NEVER provided serv

I just got a call from Joe at GeoArm to find resolution to a little problemI have to say that I was profoundly impressed by his determination to help and to deliver high customer service and satisfactionI am very appreciative of his phone call, therefore I wanted everyone to know that GeoArm is a great company for your monitoring needs and definitely, by far, the best service for the BEST price in the marketI have been with them for over years and I could confidentely assure you that is best in cla$$ Thank you GeoArm!!

I ordered in March, delivery was not until the end of April I called and made sure what I ordered would work with my existing system I tried to install and it was not the correct system so I had to order another part, so I did It never showed up and I asked for a refund of all of it I spoke to a [redacted] and he agreed to give me a full refund I sent the one item that showed up back at my cost, and did not get a credit for two weeks I called, emailed, and left voice mails to no avail I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back and they only refunded me part of it I now am fighting for the rest of my $no including what my cost was to send the item back Once they had my money they did nothing to return it to me and now I am fighting a month later for my $back that they kept from a unit that would not work The kicker was they told me what they were shipping me would be phased out and if it was not installed by 5/it would not work They promised it would be to me on the 28th On the 28th I called and was told it would ship that day That was after they told me it was going to ship on the 22nd to get to me on time They lied to me three times and now have refused to honor what [redacted] at extension told me to refund me all my money because they lied about the compatibility, the shipping, and the unit being able to work I was going to let them refund me and get a new system, but I will never work with these people again I did my homework as much as I could and called several times, got email confirmations that it would work, and did their online chat feature in order to ensure this would work for me, yet I was lied to and now they have part of my money and will not return it

About months ago I bought "Honeywell Lynx 5200" security system that costed over $All the package and product arrived in-time and with all the items as advertisedI was really pleased with the service so farHowever, my positive impression was short lived and ended pretty quickly when I recently contacted their customer service and they basically just shut door on my face without even showing any willingness to help make this work Just after about months of buying the product, one of the door sensor stopped workingI called GEOARM's customer service hoping that this would be under warranty, they said it was not, it just had days warranty which would have recently expiredI requested if something can be done since it was just out of warranty and it is unfortunate that item with such a reputed company would fail so soonTheir customer rep on the was pretty blunt and was basically trying to upsell me rather than seeing how he can help with current situationHe straight out said, nothing can be down and it is not their problem On one hand I realize technically they are correct since warranty had expired but it is all about customer service and how you handle the case, their willingness to make it work and make sure experience is pleasant for everyoneThese days you get same products on pretty much any site and can buy from anywhere, what really sets these business apart if customer service and how you value repeat businessI have dealt with other businesses in past who have been so proficient in handling issues like this and as a result of that they may more money by keeping loyal customers who in-turn refer more peopleNot in this case, I am done dealing with [redacted] and will probably never do business with them or refer anyoneAs a matter of fact, I am in market for home-automation and other products that I was planning to add to my system I just want readers to be aware of this situationI would re-iterate my issue is not with product itself, it is with customer service and the way case was handledTo be fair, this is the reason I am not filing this as a complaint and just as a customer review Hope this helps potential buyers Good Luck and if you end up buying, I hope you never have to deal with their customer service

Deceiving information on website, rude and threatening communication Problem details 1. Incorrect BBB rating in Home page says A+ but in BBB it says A- 2. Deceiving no contract verbiage there is no information about 30 day notice 3. Hidden agreement terms with check box and I never received a copy to review 4. Email communication was rude, threatening and disrespectful 5. There was no invoice until I asked for it. 6. On cancelation page it says services will be terminated which is nowhere near to 30 days' notice. 7. There order page is messed up there is no option in zone control for Interactive 10 zone control for $7 took a screenshot from there website but in my order copy they do have that. 8. On the top they blame their customer rather than their own faulty system

This company claims the lowest rates and no long term contractsTo be sure I got the best deal I paid for my equipment in full up front and installed it myselfThen I opted for a simple month to month $rate planYes I gareed to the required year plan in order to get the lowest rateWhen I sold my business months later and cancelled the coverage, $was charged to my account for cancelling earlyI'm rating them Negative for misrepresenting their rate/fee structureA long term contract is required to get the advertised rate
