Attached please find the taped phone conversation Sherri had with [redacted] on 4/6/I have included the contract they signed with Alarmco in May of I have also attached the letter sent to Alarmco from JudyAlarmco Inc has billed out her contract for the remaining years to end the contract as per [redacted] request and we sent her another copy of the contract they signed in ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

To Whom It May Concern,This letter is to provide Revdex.com with Alarmco, Inc’s stance on the complaint against our companyMrand Mrs [redacted] signed a FIVE year contract (attached) on the 28th of February, for monitoring service with Alarmco in which all terms are listed very carefully, leaving the [redacted] with no doubt about what they were signingMrsLundberg’s statement of speaking with the owner and being told there was no contract is completely falseWe do offer month­to­month contracts, but Mrand Mrs [redacted] chose to sign a five year contractMrs [redacted] called in July of to state that the home had been sold and they needed to discontinue serviceAt this time, it was explained to Mrs [redacted] that the terms of release from the contract were to buy out the contractAlarmco also allows the new home owner to take over the contract, releasing the previous ownerMrs [redacted] became very belligerent and unworkable upon hearing thisMr [redacted] then called back to see if there was an option to continue service in ArizonaHe was told that he could have a new system installed by a local company, they could connect the system to our Central Station here in Boise, and they would continue to pay their usual monthly monitoring fee to AlarmcoThey were even given three names of local companies to choose fromMr [redacted] stated that he would be in contact with Alarmco when the new system was installed at his new home in ArizonaThat was the last Alarmco heard from the Lundbergs, until Mrs [redacted] called on September 1, She yelled at the receptionist and demanded that we “fix this immediately”She stated that she had received a bill for her monthly monitoring, as they are sent out on the 20th of every monthWhen Accounting returned her phone call, very confused as to why she was angry as this had already been sorted out, she was extremely belligerent and impossible to speak with once againAlarmco feels that we have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of this customerWe offered to monitor her out­of­state home, which is not something we usually offerAs per company standard, the customer has stated they would not pay, and their account is now in the collection statusIf the customer fails to pay upon collection notification, a claim will be filed with the State of Idaho in Small ClaimsJust like any other service (cell phone, internet, etc.) we require a contract, and we do uphold that contract, just like any other companyIf there are any questions regarding this matter, please refer all communications to [redacted] in Accounting.Thank you,Alarmco Management
