Complaint[redacted]The original applicant for the alarm has died and the property the alarm was in has been sold, the buyer did not want the alarm. The contract was for a 5 year term, the only option for offered is pay the 5 year contract out.Desired SettlementI am looking for some reduction of the payout other than the full term.Business Response I previously had spoken to [redacted] in 2013 regarding the passing of [redacted], and he asked me to send him the invoices for the monthly monitoring and he would pay them until the estate had been sorted out, and then he would use that money to pay out the remainder of the contract. It is unfortunate that the system was sold with the house, the system that we installed was leased to [redacted] until the 60 month contract was paid in full, which is when it would be considered [redacted]'s property. We are willing to reduce the monthly payments to $20.00 + tax instead of $33.95 + tax, which would cover our expenses. We feel that this is a fair offer and hope to resolve the issue quickly with Mr. [redacted]. Regards, [redacted] - Accounts Receivable
