If the system you have upgraded to is not working with your vehicle we would like to help you with this, please contact us with the year, make and model of your car ,include date and invoice number as soon as possible, we will contact the manufacturer and see if this system and OnStar may not work together, we would like to schedule a time when we could have the vehicle and thoroughly go over all these questions that you have , in some cases in upgrades the newer systems may not be as beneficial to the customer than what they previously had, please call for a appointment , we are open 9AM to 6PM Tuesday through Saturday , Thank you for letting Alarmtronix help you

I tried to contact the customer at 1:21pm today and left a message that *** *** would like to look at her door tomorrow. We have yet to receive a call back. We apologize to the customer for making her feel like we are not going to take care of thisThat is not our intent and we would like a chance to prove that. We feel terrible that she was overlooked and want to make this right for her and her vehicle.***

We would like to help this customer and we give all of our customers receipts...this is the one from January that we have listed in our files. We would need the date and/or invoice number to find any other receipts. We have had our computer down a few times as well but there are hand written receipts we use with invoice numbers as well. Please provide this so that we can check our records with our accountant.Thank you for your time,***

Due to the safety issue of no horn on the vehicle, I took the car to a competitor who was more than happy to find and fix the problem that Alarmtronix had created . I also had a new system installed by them, so there was no add'l cost for aforementioned repairs. Thank you for your time and Happy...

Alarmtronix is currently trying to resolve this issue with the customer. There was a part overlooked and we are deeply sorry about that.  We have an appointment with her to drop off the vehicle on Saturday at 9am and want to fix her vehicle to her satisfaction.Thank you,Alarmtronix

Review: I went into alarmtronix and paid over $300.00 and waited past the promised time of the completion of an alarm to my 2012 Kia Forte. Once I picked up the vehicle I was told that there was a problem with a vent and something that it didn't click into place. However it was minor. [redacted], told me that he would order the part and it would be ready by Wednesday (week of August 4th, 2015) to pick it up. During that time, State Fair would be going on and it would be hard to get there because of parking and [redacted]'s hours. As of today, 9/30/2015, I had not received the promised call back from Alarmtronix. My second issue is that yesterday, I had some individuals in my back seat dropping them off. My driver door, my front passenger and rear passenger left door works, but the right rear passenger door could not open from the inside but had to be open from the outside to let the passenger out. Prior to the ALARM INSTALLATION I HAD NOT ISSUES WHATSOEVER. When I mentioned this to Alarmtronix in my call this a.m. the representative's response was, "The problem with the door not working is not us but it's the door, we were in the dash. I advised her that it seems like something was not hooked up correctly because I noticed when I tried to unlock the door all of them unlocked with the exception of the right rear passenger side door. She also could not find my paperwork nor advise if the part for the vent issue had been ordered. I am very irate first because I did not get a call back as promised and I spent $340.00 of my hard earned money to get a job completed, not half completed. I advised it is poor business to promise a customer a call back and here it nearly two months later and no call back about the vent part. I am expecting issues and wanted to put Revdex.com on notice regarding this issue. I don't appreciate the lack of care and concern I was treated with as a customer when a vent and my right rear passenger door is not working like the other doors PRIOR TO THE ALARM INSTALLATION! I don't appreciate being told there would be follow up about the vent issue and there wasn't. The female working there wrote my phone number and other info on the receipt in the store about the vent. I want those two issues fixed to my complete satisfaction or I will be going to my credit card company to obtain a refund/credit. If they cannot fix issue, then I want a refund.

I would like to thank Randy and his installers for a great job they have done on my vehicle. they went above and beyond. alarmtronix has great prices an do great work, I would recommend everyone to get their electronic needs done there!

Review: I bought a Pioneer system to install in my brand new 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. I just picked up my Subaru from the Dealer on Saturday, July 13th. I went to Alarm-Tronics on Wednesday at around 1PM to have an Pioneer system install. I picked up the car around 4PM, so it took them about 3 hours. Prior to this, I showed them the system, the parts, and provided everything needed to install. Since the car was less than a week old, I was willing to pay a professional to do it to prevent damage or issues with my new car. I picked up the car and drove it home, less than 4 miles. I went to look over their work and noticed damage done to the plastic of my dash. Scuff marks, scratches, and dents around where the installation occurred. I have contacted them and I am still awaiting a response. The service for 3 hours of work costed me $228. I am disappointed in the fact that my car, which is less than a week old, as damage already done to it. Can be seen in the pictures here: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like refund for the installation of the car at the very least for poor service. I would also like them to pay for the damages to the dash.

Alarm-tronics without hesitation refunded my money for the installation. Accidents do happen and they took fault for the damage. I was very happy with how they treated the situation and put themselves in my shoes as a customer. They restored my faith as one of the honest and better companies in the Milwaukee area. I would give my business to them again.

Review: I had remote start upgrade atleast I thought I did n its been goin haywire from goin off while driven to now my key got stuck in tge ignition yesterday due to failure off the system. ..my passenger sde airbag is malfunctioning an my on star is disabled n hardly any sound. .I have went vac several times to rectify n to no avail. ..problems got worst...this business did nothn to explain hiw system works only to say read instructions which I did n the system is still not working properly I was stranded yesterday had to leave key ignition for 3 hours while onstar was contacted via phone to disable the system to get my key out.....the stress of this makn me vulnerable to car theft alone is unacceptable! !!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my onstar bac workn properly an my original stuff I had bac in place......my airbag bac hooked up. ...or my money bac so I can go get professionally installed somewhere else. ...
