They keep sending and billing me for a product I do not want. There is not way to contact them. I have sent back product and told them not to send
the product is L'Lasche. They will not stop sending and billing and there is no way to contact them.

Desired Outcome

I want shipments and billing stopped. I have returned to sender many times.

I ordered what I thought was a free trial of the product and was charged $89.69 multiple times. I did not order more product.
I only placed an order for the FREE product and to pay shipping. Company keeps charging my account and sending product I do not order. Extremely long hold times make it difficult to contact customer service. I am forced to cancel my debit card to stop the charges. I had my daughter contact them and she could not request the account be closed and rep was not helpful

Desired Outcome

I am mailing back the unopened product and want a refund. I want them to stop sending product. I want others to know it is a scam.

Want the refund of my $22.49
On 11/05/17 I Ordered A'lasche sample. I received product about a week later. I t came with no information as how to contact company by phone or e-mail if you had a problem or wanted to cancel any more orders.
On 11/17/17 they charged my Debit Card for $89.96 and they had a number listed. I then called company and they cancelled future orders but would only give me a credit for 75%. First they start trial as soon as you order and then when I said I would send back Mike said jar was open. First of all how can you try something you don't even have and how can you try it if you don't open the jar? I want the rest of money refunded to me.

Desired Outcome

Refund of 100% not 75% which is what I told Mike I would only agree to on that recorded conversation.

This company keeps calling me every day and harrassing me to buy their product after I didnt complete my "order". They refuse to stop calling me
I clicked on the A'lasche link and had to fill out all my information, including phone number, which they have used to literally call me EVERY DAY for the past week and a half from different (***) *** numbers. They refuse to stop calling me, supervisor pretty much ignored my requests. Why are they allowed to do this? If I wanted the product, I'd buy it. I shouldn't be harrassed or pressured into getting a product I changed my mind about trying.

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop calling me. I have asked them EVERY time they've called and they still wont leave me alone. They got nasty to me and questioned why I didn't complete my order (none of their business) and why I didn't complete my order the FIRST time they called me back. Also none of their business. This is straight up harrassment. If I block one number, they call on a different one. Always a ***-*** number with the last four digits changed. If they are doing this to me, they are doing this to others who might cave in and buy their product under pressure and that is not ok, especially when other reviews and complaints

I ordered a free sample of A"lashes AntiWrinkle Cream and Eye Serum. No easily findable terms were stated for further shipments.
or payment plan.
I received the trial samples. I did not find them useful. I was unaware that I would receive further products until they arrived in the mail in mid September when I was about to leave town. I did not know that each shipment cost $89 for a total of $178 until I received by credit card bill while I was still traveling. I contacted the company on October 16 and they agreed to take back the product (which was sitting. unopened at home). On arriving home, I found a second box and a second charge had been made to my credit card. I called the company today and they stated that no refund would be made as the product had not been returned within thirty days. I looked back at their advertisement and the terms and conditions and they were NOT prominently displayed and easily viewable. In fact, after some time I found them and they took so long to read that most people would give up long before the vital information was found. The order numbers were XXXXXXX, date 9/1/2017 and XXXXXXXX, date 10/1/2017. Each box delivered had the two items but they were billed separately for $89.69 and $89.96. The shipping names attached to these sums on my credit card bill were HCIBILKORE 800-678-9035 NE and SKYNWHIZ 800-877-3325 FL. When I phoned I was told that this company is in Florida and was given the Tampa address to which to return the articles. The payment was made by automatic deduction from my Visa credit card whose number I had because I had authorized them to use it for the postage for the free sample. I canceled future orders on October 16, 2017 and received cancelation numbers so I presume I will not receive future products. I believe, and see on line other complaints of this nature about this company, that they employ deceptive advertising and that I should have received a full refund from them.

Desired Outcome

I wish to have a full refund for the four products, Moisturizing Cream and Ageless Eye Revitalizer, for a total of $256.00 and to receive no further shipments.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The company claims that I do not have an account and have not been billed by their company. I no longer have an account because I canceled it on October 16 when I found out that they had been using my credit card to pay for their product. Yes, they did not bill me, they simply paid themselves with my credit card rather than billing me. So their denial was technically correct but false.
I called the number listed in their response but only received a recording. No one called me back. Looking at the complaints I see on line about this company, it appears that obfuscation, denial and delay are their strategy. This kind of misleading advertising and lack of transparency must net many unwary victims.
Using credit card information that was provided to pay for postage
to deduct future payment for their product seems to be fraudulent practice to me. When you have to spend nearly half an hour to read the"Terms and Conditions" which I did, too late, goes against the State requirement that the terms and conditions of the offer be readily available.

I cannot get customer service help to get product return information. All info on line is not valid i.e:phone #'s & email address'.

Subject: Requesting needed information to return unopened FREE TRIAL products in a timely manner

I am requesting customer contact information and a RMA# for the following 'FREE TRIAL" products: A'lasche Moisturizing Cream and Eye Cream

I want to return the items. The shipping box was opened but, the products remain unopened. The ref # is XXXXXXX and order# XXXXXXXX dated OCTOBER I9TH, 2017. No company contact information was printed on the document provided, and I have not been able to find any legitimate connections. I have read an article published by the FTC and want to speak with someone at this company before I have to contact them. I am sending a copy of this e-mail to the Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs; to confirm that I am making an effort to speak with someone at your company or entity of this company to resolve any issue I may have trying to return these products. I have checked for any additional charges on my provided credit card account. The $4.95 shipping charge was the only authorized charge. I have put a block on the account. Therefore, any other charge will not be honored. I am putting all this information in this e-mail, so that we will not have any misunderstandings if further actions are required.

I am also going to send a notarized copy of this e-mail by return receipt to the address listed on the Revdex.com report. Please note that if any of my information is on any of this companies mailing list I request it's removal.

Desired Outcome

I want the required information to return the unopened "FREE TRIAL" products. A RMA# and confirmation notification that the returned items were received. I don't want to be on any membership reordering plan. Don't charge any fees to my credit card account cause they won't get paid. I don't want to be on any mailing list. I will be returning these items return receipt.
