Need address and phone number of company so I can get the company to stop sending their product and stop the payments.
Just information to stop the spam.

Desired Outcome

Get them to stop sending their product (A'Lasche Cream)

Customer Response • Jun 26, 2018

I got your letter explaining the process. A'Lasche Didn't respond at all. Today, they sent me another bottle. I read on the internet that it is a scam.

I am trying to cancel and get refunds for the 10 shipment of Lasche Eye Serum.
I keep getting a shipment every 2 weeks and my credit card get billed $89 each time. I have tried writing to the company and calling but the shipments have been returned to me and the phone numbers never work. I don't want this product and I want a refund for the 10 shipments that were sent to me without my authorization. Shipment Details: Order date: 2/25/18; Order ID XXXXXXX; Ship Mode MIE; Shipment ID XXXXXXXX. Order Details: SKU *** Description: OB A Lasche Eye Serum; Quantity: 1.00.

Desired Outcome

I'd like a refund of the credit card charges for 10 shipments and to return the product to them.

I have experienced everything everyone else has and these people needs to be shut down. Would anyone be willing to start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them as they need to be shut down and we need our finances not messed with by charging without permission. I have some information, but they are fraud. who is to say that cream isn't any different then any other label they just find a new name and same ingredients yet making us think it is something different???? Have you thought about that one as there is another cream and they had a substantial amount of claims with the Revdex.com I have contacted the Attorney Generals office in each different state they have mentioned as there is never just one..I believe we have enough evidence and trials and tribulations against this place I feel strongly this is our way of possible return in full of our moneys.

Finally after many different false phone numbers claiming to be customer support for Alasche moisturizing cream I was told I will be getting refund for 2 of the orders I did not make and had returned. They claimed I had not called them to cancel (who did I talk to to cancel then in the past months? ) Extremely questionable as no where on their website or packing slips do they give a way to contact them on how to cancel further orders or ask for a refund. Avoid this company!

Ordered $5 face cream they sent several and charged my account $89.
I am 80 years old. I saw advertisement for face cream for $5. I ordered. It came from a PO box in St. Pete, FR. Then I received two more. I wrote to the address on label (there was further info with orders except a packing slip with no company info) and told them not to send me any more and to credit my debit card. This week I received a box from California. I didn't refuse it because I have children in CA and I needed to make sure they didn't have something sent to me. So that I would be looking for boxes from FL, the company changed address and it is now a PO Box from Calif.

I went to the bank today to see if there was anything they could do about this company charging my debit card. He looked at my records and said the put $89 on my card. There is nothing the bank can do for me.

I had no idea they would continue charging my debit card. I don't need all this face cream. Like I said, I am 80 years old and no amount of cream is going to help my wrinkles. My husband passed and I am not looking for another.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund excluding the first jar I ordered. I am on a limited income.

I ordered a sample skin care product for a shipping and handling charge. The following month I was charged an additional $89.69 they would not refun
I ordered a sample skin care product for under $5.00 and the following month received another bill on my credit card for $89.69 When I complained and asked they said I agreed to terms and refused.... They are charging almost a hundred dollars for a small sample and did not make it clear that future charges would be billed.
They claim I must drop dispute with my credit card company before they will review my complaint but said it probably would not make any difference

Desired Outcome

To refund the $89.69 fee

I ordered a $4.95 trial of the cream, and the only other charge I would have to pay was shipping charges. However, before my order was completed, another product of Eye Serum was added for another $4.90, which I did not order, and there was no place to delete the second item on the order form. I let the order go through, and did not think nothing more of this, as I never saw anything that said I had to cancel within 30 days of receiving the produce if I did not want to continue. When I was reviewing my VISA statement, I saw the $.4.95 and $4.90 charges, and as I looked further down, I noticed there were two additional charges of $89.96 and $89.69 from the same company. There were different (800) phone numbers on each charge, and I called one of them. After several trial and error attempts, and after I gave them my E-mail address and cell phone number, they were finally able to locate my account under Lorenzo G. I asked what the two additional charges for $89.96 and $89.69 were for, and I was informed that since I had not notified them within 30 days of reveipt of their product, I was charged the full amoun of the two products. I told them that I had no idea that I was to notify them of cancellation within 30 days. She insisted that it was on the their Webpage. Furthermore, she saidthat I was scheduled to be charged more for additional products that were going to be sent out to me. I said that was riduclous and I did not want any more products, and to cancel everything, and that I wanted my money back. She said she could not do that because I did not abide by the terms of the contract. She said she would cancel any further orders on my account. She also said they were a billing company for the actual company. I told her that she was working for a crooked company that was ripping people off with their scheme, and I wanted everything cancelled. I hung up.
***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, AND THEY ARE DISHONEST AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY FOLKS!!!

NO CONTACT INFORMATION.
NO RETURN ADDRESS.
P.O. BOX ON THE SHIPPING BOX DOES NOT MATCH THE ABOVE CHOICES.
ONLY FOUND PHONE NO. ON BANK STATEMENT.
PRODUCT ARRIVED, NO PHONE NUMBER, RETURN ADDRESS ON SHIPPING LABEL ONLY CONTACT INFO.
LOOKING THROUGH BANK STATEMENT, I FOUND A PHONE NUMBER FOR Alasche CUSTOMER SERVICE.
CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TRY TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS ORDERED. WAS TOLD THAT MY WIFE WAS TO CALL A CERTAIN PHONE NUMBER BEFORE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF DAYS, I BELIEVE IT WAS 15 DAYS TO GET THE FREE PRODUCT, OTHERWISE SHE WAS CHARGED THE FULL PRICE. OF COURSE, MY WIFE DIDN'T WRITE DOWN THE PHONE NUMBER, SO IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL.
THE PRODUCT ARRIVED WITH NO CONTACT INFORMATION ON THE INVOICE. ONLY THE PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT Alasche TO CANCEL THE ORDER. NOR ANY RETURN ADDRESS TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS.
HERE IS THE CATCH. IF I RETURN THE PRODUCTS AND DON'T GET A REFUND, I AM OUT THE MONEY, PLUS NOW I DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DON'T TRUST THEM.
UPON CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, USING THE PHONE NUMBER I FOUND ON MY BANK ACCOUNT, I WAS GIVEN A CERTAIN NUMBER TO WRITE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AND PLACE INSIDE OF THE BOX. WE ARE RETURNING THE PRODUCTS WITH NO GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL ACTUALLY RECEIVE A REFUND.

Desired Outcome

WE WANT A REFUND.

I sent for a free sample (only pay for shipping) with this company. Now I am getting billed $89.96 and $89.69 from different companies.
Free samples offered for shipping only, which was $4.95 and $4.90, on 8/31/2017. In September, my credit card was billed twice, for $89.69 and $89.96. The charges show up from different companies. After hours on the phone, I finally talked to someone at the company that refused to credit my account in full.

Desired Outcome

Refund charges. STOP any future charges. $89.69 and $89.96.

I ordered a 30 day trial sample. Did not agree to another $90 charge after having it only 10 days. Ordered 11/13. Came a fed days later and now have a
a pending $90 charge. I'll wise up and never order a skin product again from these scammers. Going to dispute the charge when no longer pending, but in the meantime, filing a complaint. Put this company out of business.

Desired Outcome

Want a refund of the $89.95 charge or whatever it was. Did not agree to this. They sent a free 30 day sample for $4.95. I've only had 10 days. Close them down, put in jail.

I received the A'lasche trial product and 7 days later when I got my bank statement and saw that I was charged twice I called and cancelled all future product delivery and charges. I was promised there would be no more charges. Just got my next bank statement. They charged my account another $94 six hours after I cancelled everything!! I called them again and the so called Manager said they cannot give me a refund. Do not order anything from these people!

Be very careful with this company. I ordered the sample with the shipping charges. I did not see the notice that I had to let them know within a couple of weeks that I did not want to continue the orders. I did not agree to receive further shipments and did not notice when the first one went through but when I received the jar of cream, I called them back as I thought it was a mistake. They said that I did not respond within the allotted time so I was responsible for the charge. On top of that, they had already sent me a second jar. I could not send anything back and get a refund. They finally agreed to give me a 50% refund on the second jar. I am a 70 years old person living on Social Security and I really could not afford this to happen. If you still want to try this cream, you had better call them back as soon as you receive your sample and tell them whether you want to continue or not.

I signed up for the $4.95 trial of this product and carefully read all associated fine print on the website. There was no indication that I had to cancel or I would be sent additional products as a charge. I am very careful with these things and ALWAYS mark on my calendar the date with which you have to cancel. There was absolutely no mention that there would be additional shipments and charges if I didn't cancel. I ordered both the facial and the eye cream. When the second shipment arrived, I thought it must have been a duplicate order error on their end, but there was no phone number on the invoice. When I received a third shipment, I realized that something was suspicious and looked up my credit card and found that I was being charged nearly $90 for EACH product each month. Again, no number on the invoice to call. This is a scam. My credit card company is now disputing these charges.

Viewed ad on TV and called the number to order the sample on May 1. Received the sample(s) with no literature to reflect contact number, website, etc.
About a month later (June), received two products and returned them with a note to cancel further shipments as understood from the initial phone order.
Received two packages in July and August, and also returned with the note to cancel further shipments. Received one shipment in September and also
returned with note. After receiving a shipment in October, researched credit card to find there were no credits, only charges totaling over $700 !
The charges showed up with five different names and 800 numbers. We contacted one of the numbers and had a very long session with Vincent.
After much discussion we were told that there would not be a refund of all the charges even though we had returned the product. We were told of a process to
receive authorization for returns and cancellations, but this was not discussed in the initial phone order. The information apparently was on a website which we
did not visit nor place the order from. Eventually we were provided a refund for five of the eight charges beyond the initial order (~$450). This all could have been avoided
if literature had been included with the shipments, however the apparent goal is to receive maximum payments and make it hard to cancel or stop.

I have the same issue with this company. A "free" sample offer on Pinterest with no commitment to purchase any products. Now, they're coming monthly but I'm being charged 3 times a month, all from different states. I have never authorized any of these charges. Dishonest business.

I ordered the FREE trial only for $4.95 and there was no indication that I would be sent and charged bottle after bottle without my order or permission. AND the order has a "sales slip" with no number or change on it! Then when I check the credit card, it had random names of companies that were charging me! Belly cream? What the heck is that?

The website is incredibly misleading and they are unprofessional in the way they handle business. This is a clear scam! You can not contact them to complain or get money back easily. Need to dispute through credit card now. The website says that you can reach them around the clock , that is another lie.

Ordered free sample on-line then was charged $89.96 and $89.69 within 2 days. Never received credit after returning product for full refund.
Ordered free sample of Anti-aging cream and then had to order free sample of eye serum from Alasche on-line on 8/11. I had to pay $4.95 each for shipping on both products. On 8/26 was charged $89.96 and 2 days later an additional $89.69 from another company Fiercebod who sells diet pills that I have never received. Fiercebod also charged an additional $89.69 on 10/1/17. The first charge was already in dispute with my credit card company and the information Fiercebod provided in their rebuttle clearly showed the confirmation from Alasche. Alasche either shared my credit card information with Fiercebod or Fiercebod is hacking into computer. I had to cancel my credit card due to continued charges and am in the long process of going through credit card dispute of charges.

Desired Outcome

To secure credit card information from other companies that are making bogus charges for unrelated merchandise that is not even being received. I have seen other complaints on-line (of course after the fact) that this is happening to many and Fiercebod is not the only company. Clearly state the terms and conditions online in regards to membership fees and trial period.

Offer of free product for shipping charges only turns into monthly shipments with charges of $89.95 each time and no option to cancel or dispute.
A'Lasche's on-line offer of free moisturizing cream for the cost of shipping is false. After receiving the initial product, I received another shipment the next month and notice a charge of $89.95 on my credit card which I am disputing. I did not authorize follow-up orders. In addition, the company offers no contact information. Order #XXXXXXXX Customer *** Order Date 10/11/2017 (I didn't order this product). Ref Number XXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for this product and I would like to have them discontinue sending product to me.
