Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the claim that nobody else has said anything bad about this vehicleWe do not know if this is trueI am also asking that you please notice the car was only driven mile by me in the two days I hadThat was because myself and my family did not consider it safeI am also rejecting the statement by the manager of Alaska Car Rentals that she has refunded me dollars for my troublesShe refunded me dollars for a charge nobody advised us ofOn one of the papers sent to the Revdex.com by Alaska car rental it states their company name as " Rent A Dent Ketchikan/AK Car RentalIf Alaska Car Rental is actually renting rent a wrecks or as they call their company "Rent A Dent" why are customers not being advised of this in advanceOn their website when you rent a car they show you pictures of new cars or an equivalentThey do not say you are renting a "rent a dent" or as we say in the lower a "rent a wreck" Alaska Car Rental is being extremely dishonest in their advertising as well as in their transactionsI am once again asking for a 50% refundAfter now noticing the total dishonesty on the part of Diana K*** and "Alaska Car Rental" I am asking that my complaint be forwarded to the Attorney Generals Office in the State of AlaskaAlaska Car rental is being totally dishonest in their transactions with their customers in all aspects
I am also asking that my complaint be sent to the owner of Alaska Car Rental Marian R***, so that she can see how her employees are treating her customers
If Alaska Car Rental does not settle this case satisfactorily then I myself will also contact the State of Alaska with my concerns with the safety issues of the vehicles rented by Alaska Car Rental AKA "Rent-A-Dent/AK Car Rental, and also about their dishonest business practices

August 31, 2015 To Whom It May Concern: I do acknowledge Mr. [redacted] car rental with us. I do also acknowledge his 2nd phone call he made to us in which I did speak with him. I listened to his complaint and then I explained that many cars have lights on the dash and that we have our service station...

check the "problem" they may have. Many cars in our fleet have a light that will not turn off even after the problem has been corrected. He continued to tell me the other "problems" he had with the car and at that time I did decide to give him a $24.00 credit for his "troubles", which he accepted. This vehicle was rented 8 times prior to his rental in the month of August and 3 times after his rental in the month of August without any other complaints from customers. I will not be offering him any other discount or refund. would have to believe if the car was in such terrible shape he would have returned it for his own safety. Thank you
