Revdex.com:I received the business's reply to my complaint on Monday 1/2/I visited the Court Clerk's Office at approximately PM MST on Tuesday January 3rd, I asked if they had received any documentation from Alaska Court Services pertaining to my case and they said noI showed them the business's response to my complaint, stating where they had sent the documentation to the correct address of the Court ClerkThe Court Clerk's office told me that Alaska Court Services could fax a copy of the affidavit of service to them at fax number I called MrA*** at 1:PM MST the same day and explained the situation to himHe was very genial and helpful and told me he would resolve the situationHe said that not only fax a copy of the affidavit to the Court Clerk, but that he would email me a copy as well! We agreed that the original documentation probably got lost in the mail and that mistakes happenI thanked MrA*** and told him I would take down the complaintSo far I have not received the email, but I am making good on my promise to take down my complaint and I have good faith that Alaska Court Services will fax the requested documentation to the Court Clerk's Office and email it to myselfRegarding complaint ID ***, I find that the proposed resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***

Revdex.comPO Box 1000DuPont, WA 98327August 12, 2016Re:[redacted]Lets get the facts straight on this complaint. We received the paperwork on June 24, 2016.On June 25th at 1 0:40am we went to the address the complainer provided and found the person toserve no longer lived there. Now we went to where we were...

told in less then 24 hours fromreceiving the paper. ·Person at the address we went to told us the defendant lived in Wasilla but didn't know where.Wasilla is a large area, we can't know everyone that lives there. We also tried to serve it at [redacted] and found he no longer works there, but theysaid he is a welder working in Anchorage. Now that information is nice to know but thecompany he works for would have been better, there are thousands of welders in this city. Againnot an error on our part, we tried with the information provided. Yes, we have called the numberand left messages for him and not received a call back. If the complainer doesn't have a validaddress to serve him at, nothing we can do about that. It's her responsibility to tell us where toserve the document. We are not private investigators, we go where we are instructed and servethe document. The original case was mailed back to her at the address she provided, if the USPS doesn't get itthere that is also out of my control, it was mailed. As for the faxing, yes she wanted it faxedwhen she called yelling but never gave a fax number.Since we drove to Eagle River and tried to serve the paper with the information she provided andthis was the day after receiving the papers, she will not receive a refund of any amount.
