This letter  is in regards to a complaint made by a customer,on a Smart Water Irrigation job installed  in May of 2015. It's unfortunate to hear that this customer is unsatisfied, as we strive for customer satisfaction, and have never had a complaint like this during our 13 years in...

business. We have worked with this customer and have explained to them the process of how the Smart Water products work. We've also made recommendations on how they should also look at other system modifications,as well as adjusting their current budget to fit their expectations. For the past 3 years, their professional management company has also made recommendations to increase their community HOA dues,to allow them to handle and afford the rising costs of maintaining their community.The facts are that ProQual completed this project  and has been managing it,exactly as we said we would.We did put a "potential savings" estimate figure into our proposal, which is based on previous experience,but is not a guarantee by any means. As I spoke to them in a recent meeting I attended,there are many other factors to "savings", not just to what they spent last year. Details such as total rain fall and average temperatures must be considered when looking at the water usage figures.·More rainfall and cooler temperatures = less water needed.·Less rainfall and warmer temperatures = more water needed.Since we installed the controllers  at Annecy,the average temperatures have been warmer  and the rainfall has been at record lows. Therefore, more water would be used, compared to prior years. All our customers are experiencing this same issue this year over last.I understand that their intention is to receive a refund,however this isn't a solution that we are currently offering.
I will consider this issue resolved.
