Had not received the hat or any correspondence from The Alaskan distillery, so April I called them again and talked to the owner of the CompanyHe told me the hat had been sent out March 14th. I never received the hat he said he sent. After a somewhat
heated discussion he put me in touch with a person who took my name and address, and low and behold I received the hat April 4th. I pointed out to him that you had written to him and he said he had not received any correspondence from you. He also denied he had received any correspondence from me. I pointed out the fact that I had copies of my correspondence I sent them, as well as the copies of what you sent them. So need less to say I am now happy that I received the hat, but am very skeptical of the type of business this individual is running. They sure are not, in my opinion, customer friendly.Thanks for you help in trying to get this situation resolved. *** ***
