Absolutely terrible practiceThey told my husband it was fine to drive while his eyes were so dilated he could not pick out his glassesBeing a sunny day, this is a seriously dangerous recommendation bordering on malpracticeEven a *** optometrist encourages you to bring someone to drive you out or at least wait until the meds wear offMedical offices have *one fundamental job* - ensure patient safety - and they failed at a basic levelNever mind trying to help my husband remotely pick out glasses costing hundreds of dollars while he can't seeUse this facility and trust their 'expertise' at your own risk

I had an eye exam in August and ordered contact lensesI paid for my portion the day of the exam($on my debit card which they have record of) I was called when my contact lenses arrived and for some reason they only ordered my right eye contact lensesThe contact lense customer service was awful and disorganizedThey assured me the left eye would arrive in a few days to a weekI went ahead and paid the remaining balance $in cash for my contactsI specifically asked if this would be a problem when I picked up my contacts or if I would be billed again- they assured me it would be fineWhen I went back in to pick up the other contacts they tried to collect additional money from me,I explained that I had already paid- the woman I spoke with said she would talk with the woman who worked with me on the day I picked up my first set of lensesI did not hear back until this past summer when I received a billIt was turned to collections before I called so I placed a
