Complaint: [redacted] Taking money without providing goods or services is theft, you can call it "business policy" but that doesn't change the reality of the matter

It is our well publicized and industry standard policy to require a deposit for heliskiing trips Deposits are not refundable unless requested days prior to the trip as is clearly stated on our website It is not my desire to keep anybody's money and I allow unused deposits to be used the following season In this case, I offered not only full credit for next season but also the transfer of credit between members of this group! Instead of recognizing the generosity of this gesture, individuals from the group decided to file Revdex.com claims and fraudulent charge claims with my credit card processor It is my desire to send all guests home safe and happy and I will continue to strive for this goal Thanks for your time,Ryan

Complaint: [redacted] Taking money without providing goods or services is theft, you can call it "business policy" but that doesn't change the reality of the matter.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It's it's easy to say come and do it again next year, but not everyone can Not everyone can take off an additional week from work and spend the the money in flights and housing to do it again next year In my previous comments, I stated that the logical thing to do is to keep the money that it took to hold the helicopters and refund the rest Any reasonable person would agree that this is the fair thing to do Keeping the money for a service that wasn't provided is dishonest We don't expect you to loose money on the deal, and we don't want to be taken advantage of either Keeping $of each person ($with just our group) should be plenty of money for the days the heli was grounded

It isn't up to you to analyze my costs of doing business and decide what is appropriate and inappropriate I will stick to the policy that I have established as well as stand by my offer to allow full credit to any member of your group
