Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
If he is unwilling to compensate me in any way, even though he initially offered to pay me back half of my investmentWhy would I waste my time going and talking to him?
I have recovered, from my cell phone provider, a text message from the salesperson, to me, inviting me to come to the dealership so we can 'order and schedule the installation' of he parts etcI put is simply to everyoneWhy would a salesperson invite me back to the dealership if, at the time of the invite, they knew that upgrading was impossible? I have not posted these texts on social media, hoping that *** *** will see it as a measure of good faith on my partBut if he leaves me no choice I will continue to post on social media and will expand it to other outlets
I feel this is a clear indication that my statements are true in that the salesperson told me it could be upgraded, and NEVER, before purchase indicated it would not be possible
With this text message, I am confident that other legal measures could be pursued
I don't want that, I simply want Avery Greene Honda to, no matter what it takes, to enable my car to have integrated Sirius/xm or to compensate me ( as they have already offered to do, and then rescinded,)
I am tired of this matter** ***, could easily drop a check in the mail if he wants to
But I see no reason to meet with him if he is unwilling to resolve the issue
I ask the Revdex.com to try to moderate this issue as it appears that *** *** is unwilling to resolve this issue
Sincerely,*** ***

I would like to meet with Mr*** and definitely would like to here the message that he has from the Salesperson. I initially offered to compensate Mr *** for $1,or 1/of what he spent for the radio that he chose to put in his car as a good will gesture and wanted to see the receipt to determine how much he spent on the radio and what it included
Mr*** demanded more compensation and I was not willing to meet his demands. I would like to meet with him and determine if it is warranted to offer him good will of some kind. It is unfortunate that we have not been able to meet in the past and I have truly not been trying to avoid MrFees. We have hundreds of happy customers that we have done business with over the years and a very good standing with the Revdex.com. When a disagreement arises I feel there is always a way to have compromise and resolution. I would encourage Mr*** to meet with me. I will be at the dealership this Saturday until 3:pm if that time works or we can determine another time

In regards to Mr *** last response. After the offer of good faith was turned down and Mr *** made more demands we decided that there was not much we could do for him. He made a decision replace his factory radio with an aftermarket radio which impaired some of the
factory of his radio. We do not feel responsible in any manner for his decision and will not compensate him for making optional alteration to the OEM operation of his car. In regards to meeting with him it is not always convenient at his times. I attempted to set up a meeting a couple of Saturdays ago, Mr *** denied to acknowledge to come to the meeting. I will be at the dealership this Saturday, April 23rd between 9:am and 3:pm if Mr *** would like to meet. Continued derogatory comments on Social Media that give only his version of the occurrence will not assist in us coming to a resolution
