To whom it may concern, When my clients sign up for classes or private training sessions with me we have a verbal agreement between parties that no refunds will be given.? I remember speaking with the client in question, she explained her situation as living out of town with at least once weekly visits to townOne benefit to my clients is that I do not require the clients to show up to consecutive classes This flexibility allows my clients the freedom to come to classes when they have the time availableThe benefits to me is that I can continue to work with my clients at their own convenience and I am able to keep my doors open.? When I initially spoke with this client, she was told all of this up frontShe agreed and paid and showed up to one puppy classShe never said anything at that point in time about any dissatisfaction and seemed very pleased with the class and even thanked me and said that she learned a lot from the sessionShe had over a month without trying to contact me before this contact in question on the 12th and 14th.? ? I am still open to working with her and her puppyShe knows that she has the option to come to class at her convenience as she has sessions left with no expiration date on when she has to use the paid for classes byI gave her a discount on the puppy class when she initially signed up because I like to give discounts to individuals who rescue animals from our local animal shelterI also have many other class options available to her as well as a private one-on-one option that she can feel free to use her remaining balance onShe is not stuck with attending classes, and she has not forfeited her balance by not using it on the class she signed up withInstead she has the freedom and flexibility to use her remaining balance as she would like with whatever services I offerEvery client I have knows my no-refund policyUnfortunately the week in question that she contacted me I was extremely busy setting up new classes, organizing two local fundraisers, as well as I was pulled away for personal/family reasonsI am running this business on my own and it takes a lot of my time coordinating with my hundreds of clients and many classesI apologize and regret not being able to contact her back as timely as she would have likedNormally, I am able to return phone calls in a more timely mannerI am hoping she will consider my offer to continue to work with her.?
