The client is correct on the challenges with a permit. It did take longer than we had planned. The home is nearing completion at this time and we are planning for a late August closing as requested.The brick situation was discussed at length and agreement on the mortar color was agreed to...

with our representative. This appears to be a communication issue between the buyers.We do wish the process had gone smoother and without the weather and permit delays. Ultimately, we will complete the home and take excellent care of the client. Lance [redacted]Partner

[redacted] has been made aware of the situation, he was the one who referred us to this lender. The lender has contacted both [redacted] and [redacted] about what was going on. They were unable to accept my husband's overtime which resulted in us not qualifying for the loan. I would like my earnest money back along with the amount that was overcharged at the design gallery. I have documentation for both.[redacted]
