that they were getting water coming outside of the shower when it was running. We came back and noticed water was getting under the shower door rubber seal because it was cut and the tile was not level. We leveled out the tile on the curb and installed a new rubber seal on the bottom of the door and the problem was solved. It was inspected by myself and the homeowner, *** *** and she was happy with the results . Since that time (late 2014), I haven't received any complaint from the customer in regards to this issue until approximately six weeks ago, when they asked for $6,to cover 50% of the repair costs to this issue. There is no "pan" to be set incorrectly, there is a rubber membrane, which is commonly used in irregular sized shower floors. All work (but especially plumbing) was inspected and passed by Arlington County. Our signed contract specifically warranties our work for a period of one year beyond completion. (On a separate note, $15,to do remove and install tile on the floor and shower of a medium sized bathroom is ridiculous in this area).Thanks,John I***###-###-####Sam's Contracting
