Subject: RE: Revdex.com COMPLAINT # [redacted] VS ALYESKA INTERNATIONAL INC.Hello ***,I did research this concern and am providing the description below it would appear that this concern is due to him having a bill that needs to be paid.• There is no record of any dispute over the machine in either his final draft note (MediSoft) or his DME notes (combo)• There is a note in final draft that indicates that the patient was offered a 15% discount if he paid his bill in full in June 2014• The patient did make a payment in June 2014, and was given a discount, however the payment received was not in full• Mr [redacted] did call in for one of the PFD deals – on the very last day I got his message after 5pm as the phones are always quite busy that final day I called Mr [redacted] back and left a message apologizing for having missed his call and telling him I would extend the discount if I heard from him in the next three days I never heard from him I made the note on this in the patient comments – not in final draft We spoke with CornerStone and Andra indicates that he was supplied with the detailed billing support He made no further request for information to them wich indicates to them that he was working with us Andra also stated that he mentioned taking us to small claims but an attorney friend told him it would be more expensive than it would be worth If the account were out of legal collection dates CornerStone would have advised me of such and would not have listed the account – that has been our process in the past.Essentially it comes down to him having a bill that needs to be paid and he has not paid it in a timely manner and the bill was processed appropriatelyUnfortunately he is upset because he was sent to collections, on our end we gave him three years to pay it in full and he chose not to do so.Thank you for your time.Faith *A***Executive DirectorAlaska Sleep Clinic
