Member was contacted today, May 26, 2017. Matter resolved.
The consumer has been provided with information that must be completed before this can be removed from their record. The...
consumer must file a police report and an Identity Theft claim with our Fraud Resolution Department. When the account was opened in 02/2013 proper photo identification was presented. The consumer has disputed this 11 times with the credit report agency but fails to proceed with proper procedures for Identity Theft. This will remain on record until the consumer has followed proper procedure for Identity Theft.
Member was contacted via phone, complaint is resolved.
$15.00 refund amount was deposited into member's account on May 9, 2017. The credit union considers this matter resolved.
The consumer’s original complaint, which involved the dispute of a transaction, was addressed in the response mailed on July2, 2015. This most recent correspondence does not contain any new nformation or evidence with regard to the dispute of the transaction in question. Alaska USA has reviewed its records and confirmed that the credit union has handled the disputed transaction pursuant to Visa operating regulations. Therefore, the credit union considers this matter resolved. Any further dispute of the transaction should be directed between the consumer and the merchant.

A Paid in Full letter and an Affidavit in Lieu of Title were mailed to the member on 9/23/2015.
We have responded to the member and are working with the member. At this time, we consider this matter closed.
An executive has been in contact with the member by phone. The matter has been resolved to the member's satisfaction.
