After shopping at three different stores, I settled on Alaskan Fireplace. They had the best price. Their installers were top notch and didn't leave until everything was checked out and cleaned up. The fireplace is beautiful!

Our new fireplace was installed & we are very pleased with the appearance & workmanship. There was no mess to clean up. The workers were efficient & friendly. We selected Alaskan Fireplace because of the sales presentation & after visiting the showroom, liked the large visual appearance of the fire vs. smaller openings of other vendors. We recently purchased a gas fireplace insert from Alaskan Fireplace. This is the THIRD fireplace job we have trusted to their care. Their service has always been outstanding and the quality of the work is incredible. This was a "custom" job and what was originally said to be impossible has now become a beautiful addition to our home. Fireplaces, especially existing ones, are dirty places. Alaskan Fireplace covered everything from the outside door to the fireplace before the job began. When were done, it was all spotless. We couldn't be happier with their service and wouldn't trust our home to anyone else.

I recently developed problems with a gas fireplace that Alaskan Fireplace had installed 15 years ago. I was concerned that the age factor would bring dire consequences. I was genuinely surprised at the concern shown by all the employees of Alaskan Fireplace in order to solve the problem. One standout employee, Lynn, was just great at follow-up calls to see that the problem was completely resolved and that we was satisfied with the work preformed. Another concern was the I was a complete novice about gas fireplaces. As the process continued the employees took the time to explain the what and why of the repair. A great company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt in coming out, thorough in their inspection of our fireplace and honest in their evaluation of the condition of our fireplace. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and gave us several helpful ideas to resolve our problem. We never felt that they were trying to push us into purchasing something that we did not need. We would recommend them to anyone looking for advice on a fireplace, wood burning or gas burning.

Alaskan Fireplace did an awesome job converting my wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. Simply, the best customer service experience my wife and I have ever had. We were previously in discussion with another fireplace co. for the installation of a custom gas fireplace at our home. Every time I tried to communicate with this company, it took weeks to get a response. We cut ties and we found Alaskan fireplace. Ken came out to see the job and we were provided with a professional, competitively priced quote the following day. We made several adjustments to that proposal and were always provided with an update proposal the next day. Installers were real craftsmen and the fireplace turned out beautifully.
