Charged us to inspect our AC units, yet never informed us that of needed repairs, although their test equipment shows needed
We were charged $per AC unit (x2) for an inspection, and although their test showed our refrigerant was low, we were told everything was fine, and no repairs neededOne unit froze up and was leaking refrigerant less that a month laterWhen I called back they apologized that we weren't told there was a leak, and offered to come out and re-inspect the unit at our expense, and put the new $inspection charge toward repairs neededI asked why we were being charged for another inspection, when one was already done, yet we were not informed of at that time, but they had no answer for that, and just apologized, and said it probably just needed a few pounds of refrigerant
Meanwhile I got a quote from another company for the few pounds of Freon, and found out that there is probably a leak, and that is why the Freon is lowAlso the new company price for Freon
