Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The amount we paid was $each, as he stated. There were four of us, for a total of $9,(as I stated in my complaint).We did go to your website, and as my original complaint states, the website is not accurate. It is misleading and to put it bluntly full of lies. I gave reference to many of those in my original email.To the Revdex.com - I have my cancelled checks, which I will gladly send you a copy of. Please tell me if you would like to see those. I also have contacted the local chamber and they are aware of the problems with the MODOC's owners. -----Email from Chamber of Commerce----------***, I am so sorry to hear about your experience.Unfortunately, yours is not the first I have heard in regards to the ModocYouare correct in your assertion that Ketchikan has much more to offer--includingbetter fishing--than that was shown to you during this misleading excursion.Please let me know if there is any further information or assistance with whichI can provide you. This is the amount that we paid for the boat only. I am not asking for a refund of our flights, meals, fishing lic and other cost associated with the trip. I hope that it does not come to this. I sincerely hope that you own up to the marketing problems that you currently have, and that you have had for a number of years, as is evident by the other unsatisfied customers (Revdex.com and other websites). I sincerely believe that it is a lot easier to fix your mistakes once you own up to them. Put yourself in a potential clients shoes and read your website. You know it is not accurate. The MODOC boat has a tremendous amount of potential with the right business owners. sorry about the trip they thought they had go to our face book page and see what is real.also go to our web sight and see what is real.as to the price we charged them 2250 each for the trip .this is half of any other lodge up here.also go to the alaska fish and game web sight for the rulles on...
