The business (Alaska Air Conditioning) made the offer to me with no stipulation of being a new customer. It takes more or less time to complete servicing a new customer over a past customer. None the less it was not stipulated in the original agreement so the business should honor its contract with me. If Alaska Air Conditioning was operating reputably, they would not have called me because any of my phones have a "do not call" listed number. They do not know who they are calling and don't care. They offered a full service call including a coil cleaning and have to follow through with what they offered me when they contacted me.

I had Alaskan heating and air conditioning out today for routing maintenace on my 13 year old airconditioner. Jobob was professional, explained everything and did not try to "oversell". Shelby in the office very pleasant on the phone and helpful with any questions that I had.

My A/C kicked the bucket at the end of the cooling season so I had time to get multiple bids and make a leisurely decision. I choose Alaskan quality services. Good job. Very good price. Found them in home depot while shopping. Work performed as promised. Several of the other bids were thousands higher! Quick responses both by phone and email. Courteous, professional staff and technicians. I will use them again.

the 29.95 special is only for new customers.  the 94.50 is normal price.  we can make a special deal for $49.95 this one time.  we lose money on a $29.95 call and only do it for new customers. if they call the office and schedule we can do it for $49.95 this one time.

this is best we can offer homeowner. price would be $59.99.

that was a typo on the letter to her.  she was only charged for four years at  $132.80 a year.   alaskan home services called her today to tell her the typo.
