I have been waiting for the refund that they said was refunded [redacted] and it is now two weeks later and still have not received it. I wrote them another email and they have not responded.
I do not live in Texas. I live in [redacted] Even if the tickets are good for a year, I will not be in the area in a year to use them. Also, why would I want to reschedule with a company that sent me a confirmation that my tour was scheduled and then they did not show up? I am not going to disappoint my children with another no show. Plus, as I said, I will not be in Houston in the next year.
I intend to keep this complaint.

am sending an email as a follow-up to my correspondence from 8/15. I had
left a couple phone message and sent emails from my Hotmail account in regards
to the reservation that we had made for 8pm in Spring on 8/15. No one
showed up to give us the confirmed tour.

had inquired about when I would get a refund. This has not occurred at
this time, and I am checking in to see when I can expect that. Please let
me know when I should see the refund credited to my bank account.
We have refunded this payment, even tho it is not our policy. Tickets are good for one year for them to reschedule there tour. This disclaimer is all over our website.
