Thank you for allowing Alay Health Team to respond to the issues presented within the complaint.We are in the process of upgrading our phone systems, as we use an internet phone provider that we do not feel is very reliable and have had many complaints, to a hard-wired system. In lieu of this
hardship and expected update, we have updated our phone message to 'apologize for any inconvenience' our callers/patients may experience in reaching us or receiving a call back. And, we even state on the voice mail it may take up hours for a return phone call - although, we also add, we certainly hope it does not take this long to return calls. We do, however, return all phone calls.The caller phoned times over a day period, leaving messagesOn all three occasions the caller did not leave her phone number (I was able to retrieve this information from with her phone number you provided.)We do apologize for the inconvenience in not being able to answer her call as promptly as we would have liked and do want to assure her and other callers we are addressing this issue. Thank you
