FYI-Jackson Hewitt does not do fraud. The date issued on the check was a computer error. In addition, a representative from Jackson Hewitt was working with the client to resolved the issue. The representative spoke with the bank affiliated with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service along with the clients bank....

The representative had made every effort to resolved the matter and YES the case was settled. The client bank stated that Jackson Hewitt Bank sent the information they needed and the check was cleared by the client bank in August. We truly did apologize for the inconvenience.WE'RE ALL HUMAN, AREN'T WE?
